All the materials of the PEGAS Download Center posted on this website are an output of the intellectual activities performed by the NPM Limited Liability Company (Primary State Registration No. 1095404024891, Taxpayer Identification No. 5404405192, Location Address: 254/1, ulitsa Bolshaya, Novosibirsk city, Russian Federation, 630032), hereinafter referred to as NPM, and contain or may contain registered trademarks. NPM has exclusive rights for the materials and trademarks of the PEGAS Download Center, which are protected by law.

You may only use the materials of the PEGAS Download Center to promote PEGAS devices with due regard to the constraints specified below. Any other uses of materials of the PEGAS Download Center is only possible upon NPM written consent.

It is not allowed to:

• Make changes to materials of the PEGAS Download Center (parts thereof), revise or use the materials specified (parts thereof) as a template to prepare new materials:
• Use materials of the PEGAS Download Center (parts thereof) to promote goods of other producers and sellers;
• Use materials of the PEGAS Download Center (parts thereof) to make a comparison with competitors and/or their products;
• Use materials of the PEGAS Download Center (parts thereof) for purposes that discredit the PEGAS brandas well as NPM honor, dignity or business reputation;
• Use materials of the PEGAS Download Center (parts thereof) to create a misconception about cooperation or partnership between NPM and the person using the materials;

Post/publish materials of the PEGAS Download Center (parts thereof) in places that contain inaccurate information about NPM or PEGAS devices; materials posting/publishing of which violates copyrights and related rights of third parties; information that discredits the honor, dignity or business reputation of third parties; materials that violate other norms of the law
